Welcome! Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you are looking for someone new, I am so glad you are here. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults work through various life challenges. Typically my clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, stress, low self esteem, and new transitions in life. I strive to provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for my clients to share their stories.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, as I enjoy utilizing techniques from various interventions to best fit each clients unique needs. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, areas for growth, and how to better cope with the stressors in their lives.
I emphasize the importance of building a strong rapport with all my clients as I believe trust is vital in a therapeutic relationship. We all need some extra support at times, asking for it is the hardest part. Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here!
