I integrate ACT, DBT, and CBT practices into a foundation of psychodynamic, narrative, and feminist theories. If you are navigating trauma, I can also offer EMDR. My niches include trauma work, identity work, depression, anxiety, psychosis and paranoia, shame, guilt, non-traditional relationship styles and non-monogamy/polyamory, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
