Trauma Recovery Group For Adult Survivors
Flourish Mindset is offering a psychoeducational support group for adult survivors of abuse. This group is designed for those who are beginning this healing process as well as those building upon and continuing toward greater wholeness. Great care is taken to maintain a safe environment for each member and the group as a whole. This 8-week group utilizes individual and group exercises in order to build a foundation for safety, insight and integration. The goal of this group is to help individuals attain higher quality of living by helping them gain greater self-awareness and tools for healing.
