As a Couple and Family Therapist Candidate, I specialize in working with a broad composition of dyadic and dynamic relationships. Whether you are thinking about marriage, in a long-term relationship, or have relational repairs to focus on with other family members, I am here to help you navigate your most recent concerns and challenges. I recognize each person has their own ideals and divergent paths when choosing to make significant life changes. I am trained in systemically orientated couple and family relations therapy from Regis University Colorado. What I value in this work is learning how to tend to your own needs, while maintaining healthy boundaries with others. I provide space for each person to share honestly where they are at, so there is less fear and more nurturing conversations.
I believe that couples and families have great resiliency through pain and hold the ability to change their current story to one that better supports a life worth living and fighting for. Especially when it comes to breaking vicious cycles and creating a secure space for trust and compassion to be rebuilt.
