Each individual experiences the world differently and deserves therapy tailored to their own specific needs. In my person-centered practice I draw from multiple therapeutic lenses, placing an emphasis on expressive and nature-based therapies. I believe that self-expression is a necessity, as is expanding our relationship with the natural world. While I have my own big ideas about things, you can also expect that I will hold space to be proven wrong! You are the master of your own experience – I am here to collaborate to find what works best for you.

I believe that a good sense of humor is an incredible asset as we fumble through this very challenging life, and hope to bring some levity to session while also sitting with you in the really challenging parts. We can laugh and cry together as we parse out who you are and who you want to be.
