My ideal client is anyone who wants to feel better. My clients may struggle with depression, anxiety, chronic stress, or unresolved trauma. My clients come into my office prepared and ready to access new tools to help soothe their nervous system, heal from past wounds, and create more meaningful relationships.
I primarily offer EMDR therapy. EMDR has been proven to treat PTSD but is also a great therapy to use with other challenges such as chronic stress, depression, and anxiety. I offer many self-regulation tools such as breath work and grounding activities with an emphasis on embodiment.
Life is tough. I would love to partner with you to reach yours goals in a more effective and efficient way. As we build our coping skills and learn to regulate our nervous systems, life does not necessarily become to easier but we are better able to access resources, self-soothe, and return to a more joyful state.
