Recovery Therapy Group

This group is for adults who are currently in individual therapy, who are looking to expand their recovery, and who are interested in getting peer and professional support around the challenges of recovery. This is a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive space to empower one another and work on personal growth. We will talk about emotions, experiences, and thoughts pertaining to recovery. Group size is will be max 8-10 people, and will be 1 hour long.
