I'm extremely passionate about helping others live to their truest potential. Life has a way of putting many of us in a chronic fight or flight mode, and I strive to bring people back to their space of equilibrium. That place you go when you close your eyes and think about a life without as much chaos doesn't have to be a mere daydream, we can work together to make it reality.
I'm a fully remote provider, and if you're wary about that, don't worry, I once was too! I found telehealth provides an additional sense of comfort and safety for my clients, not to mention overall convenience. Please, give it a try before deciding against it! While not all clients are fit for telehealth, MANY are.
I genuinely love learning about new techniques and evidence-based practices. I have advanced training in DBT, EMDR, and Somatic therapy. There is NO such thing as separation of mind and body in my practice, I strive to focus on the whole person and overall wellness.
