My ideal client is the type who suffers from depression and different types of anxienty disorders.In these situtaions I would use different types of theories for example REBT,(Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy.CBT,(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)and other methods.
My specialty is dealing with patients who suffer from anxiety and depression. I treat my patients by using the CBT or REBT method.
I have found these type of methods to be very effective depending on a individual basis and his or her needs.
A special factor that is unique to my practice is by working with the Hispanic population it has helped me to have a better understanding of the different types of cultures. Another special factor is that I belive that the therapsit needs to build trust and confidence with their patients.
