Life is full of many twists and turns and it can be difficult at times to sort everything out. I would be honored to support you during this time. My hope is that, together, we can help you regain a sense of hope, enhance your quality of life, and rediscover joy in your life. I enjoy using art and music in sessions as a way to express emotions when there aren’t enough words to describe the complex emotions we experience as humans. As a therapist, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore emotions, challenges, hopes and dreams.
I like working with individuals aged 13+. Some areas that I am very passionate about are: Trauma, substance abuse, LGBTQIA+, divorce recovery, postpartum, religious trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and self harm. I would be honored to work with you!
