Have you ever felt like there’s something beneath the surface—an elusive health phenomenon, a recurring emotional block, or a nagging sense that something isn’t quite right in your career or relationship—but you just can’t put your finger on it? That's where I work, revealing the unseen (as quickly as possible because life is short). Though I do hold a Montana license, I work outside of the clinical relationship and in the mentorship space at the intersection of therapy, health and Human Design because aligned individuals—who are not sick and exhausted—make kinder, more compassionate decisions, and that helps the collective.
I am for the badass who knows they deserve a space to stop chasing symptoms and get to the root of what’s been holding them back. Human Design is not a peer reviewed science, but after years as a therapist I found I can do more in a single session working at the intersection of clinical work and Human Design than I can in six months of therapy.
I offer short term assessments and dynamic longer term packages that transcend the weekly session model and am selective in who I work with because I only take a few clients at a time so that I can attend to my other projects in the helping space.
