I approach complex issues from a place of non-judgement and encourage creative solutions. I am passionate about helping clients recover from, or survive with, anxiety and depression, as well as many forms of eating disorders and disordered eating. I also treat associated issues such as perfectionism, body image, and difficulties with self esteem.
I am experienced with CBT, DBT including mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I work from a Health At Every Size orientation, and encourage an Intuitive Eating approach for clients who are ready.
I welcome adults of all shapes, sizes, genders, origins, lifestyles, and orientations to participate in counseling with me.
