I am grounded in attachment theory and utilize a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. I draw from a skill set informed by my training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which helps bring awareness to the body in an effort to address the impacts of trauma and attachment wounding. I am also certified in the Circle of Security Parenting model.
