Looking for some help but the idea of traditional therapy kind of freaks you out? I got you! I’m a licensed therapist, but work as a life coach so I can be a less clinical and a more authentic. I’m a big believer that most people don’t need someone to unpack their problems and give them a worksheet for an hour once a week, but really need someone to walk alongside them, and encourage them step by step. Whether you are hoping to finally overcome that dang anxiety that keeps you stuck, or finally feel good in your body for the first time in your life, or just want help reaching some new goals, I got you!
