I am sensitive to and work to restore healing around the emotional, relational, spiritual, and cultural aspects of addiction and betrayal trauma. I integrate the neuroscience of trauma, abuse, and addiction to create lasting healing.
Using mindful/compassion-based parts work and traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques I help reconnect others with their truest selves. I help others realize their resilient strength to feel empowered and confident in their innate goodness instead of using shaming, self-judgment, or fear to achieve personal growth and transformation.
