I hold a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Western States in Portland, OR. My primary research focus is transpersonal experiences and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and integration. My philosophy is one of organicity, meaning that every individual is gifted with an innate healing wisdom and capacity for wholeness. As a former earth scientist and current artist, I incorporate lessons from nature and creative expression in my work, and seek to help others reconnect with the more subtle rhythms of psyche as a woven thread in the generative fabric of life.
As a depth psychotherapist, I help others explore the unconscious psychic material contributing to pattern repetition, emotional distress, and disconnection from self and others. I am also trained in somatic trauma therapy emphasizing techniques like meditation, art, and movement to help access and integrate underlying emotional distress.

These groups draw from the work of Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell, Robert Bly, and others to explore the masculine psyche and issues relevant to all men including purpose, grief, shame, initiation, ancestry, spirituality, relationships, and more. Each week is different but woven with a common thread. The process reflects the unique lived experiences of each man present. We will co-create a safe, non-judgmental space where we come together as one to deepen our stories, express our truths, and learn from one another in the presence of an experienced facilitator.
