I utilize a Person-Centered Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. I use Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, and Art Therapy techniques for clients who need these modalities to express their thoughts and needs. My expertise lies with those experiencing grief, trauma, social skills, sport performance & anxiety.
