I work with adults of all ages dealing with past trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse/addictive tendencies, anxiety, and depression. I have training in Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practice.
I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom and need support. I also know what it feels like to feel pretty good in a lot of areas of your life but still seek help. Either way, you are in the right place! In our work we will aim to create a path to a fulfilling life.
