I specialize in relationship issues, conflict resolution, and growing your capacity to handle the difficult circumstances of life in a way you grow closer as you learn how to do it on you own. My passionate belief is there is always a better way. It is hard to see the solution in the midst of the struggle. My goal is help you look at the problem from different perspectives and there are many of them. One size does not fit all in therapy. I understand I need to earn your trust, so we can collaboratively create your new normal together.
Change about doing something different, and equally becoming aware of things we need to quit doing that create disconnection and distrust. We also may need to learn how to regulate our emotions, because when we metaphorically flip our lids, what we speak can never be unspoken. Learning how to do repair is a critical part of all healthy relationships.
