I work with people who have had their hearts broken from grief and are looking for actions they can take to heal their pain and move beyond loss. Grief events can include death, divorce, break-ups, loss of a pet, growing up in a dysfunctional home, and other painful life events.
I use an Evidence Based Treatment from The Grief Recovery Institute that offers clear guidance and structure for grievers. Together we will go through different activities that examine the losses unique to you.
