Groups
The Empowerment series
8 week series, 1.5hr each, women's group 18+ 2 groups a month, every other week. We will be discussing, analyzing and gaining more tools, recognition and strategies in communication, boundaries, codependence, and disempowerment. The first group of the month is self analysis and definition of the topic and the second group is working on the recognition/strategies/tools/skills of how to empower ourselves and interact differently with the information provided in each group.
