Are you struggling with anxiety, not feeling good enough, feeling disconnected, or trying to recover and heal from life's challenges? You may have been feeling this way for a while or have recently discovered these emotions and the influence that past experiences have had on who you are today. You want to feel connection, joy, trust in self and others, and a motivation to move through these challenges and go forward in your life. You deserve all of this and have the capacity to create changes. Exploring the present and the past will help give you information to know how to create the future you want.
In therapy, we will co-create a space to explore, get curious, and challenge old patterns that just aren't working for you anymore. We will examine how your current concerns impact your body and your mind, and work simultaneously with symptom management and on the deeper-rooted themes and patterns that have contributed to the issues you are facing now.
My style is relational and embodies openness, warmth, and a non-judgmental presence. My approach to therapy is collaborative and oriented towards helping you create new patterns of behavior and cultivate connection and authenticity in alignment with your values. I provide free 20-minute consultations. I can't wait to hear from you!
