Many men and young adults face challenges processing their feelings. I focus on men's mental health and I can help you overcome the difficulties of expressing and understanding your emotions. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, intimacy issues, anger, depression, and schizoid personality disorder and adaptation. My therapeutic model is centered on creating a nurturing space for you to explore your life experiences. I provide treatment in English, Hebrew, and Italian.
Therapy hasn't always been welcoming to men due to societal expectations around masculinity. I understand these challenges and will create a safe space for you to explore your authentic self and express yourself freely without judgment. It's going to be a journey of self-discovery, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
My clinical approach draws on modern psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies. As a licensed psychoanalyst and certified gestalt therapist, I integrate object relations and gestalt theory to craft an approach that is right for you. We will look together at your thinking patterns, irritability, intimacy, affect, numbing and pushing away emotions.
