I am a psychotherapist who is committed to working with adolescents, adults, couples and families on their journey of self-discovery and improvement. I primarily use a person-centered and strengths-based approach but pull from various modalities to create an individualized approach for each client. My treatment goals focus on building insight, highlighting negative cycles, identifying unhealthy habits and triggers, incorporating healthy coping skills, building self-esteem, and promoting independence.
