Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I have extensive experience working with diverse teens and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns including grief/loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, multicultural issues, and LGBTQ+ related issues. My goal is to provide you with a warm, down to earth, and non-judgmental environment where you will explore and gain insight into the patterns that can keep us stuck. While therapy can feel daunting, our work together will provide you with the tools to feel empowered.
My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate, & culturally affirming. I utilize psychodynamic theory with an anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens by placing thoughtful attention on social realities that shape the human experience. I will guide you through self-exploration to help you achieve a more authentic way of life.
