I offer consultation, psychotherapy and shamanic healing. Consultation may be with other professional healers or with people who want to explore an issue. Psychotherapy may look like: counseling, coaching, in-depth psychodynamic uncovering of unconscious material, support through a life transition, or assistance with addictive habits. It depends on who you are. Often we feel we could use some help but we can't quite articulate what the issue is. My goal here is to assist you in navigating your journey and in being your true self.
Shamanism is an ancient spiritual healing and divination practice, which has been used for centuries for an infinite number of illnesses and problems. Shamanic counseling is a divination practice, not psychotherapy. It is a problem-solving technique, a method to obtain assistance and information in solving one's problems and answering questions.
I work as an intermediary between the Seen and the Unseen. Spiritual perspectives, mindfulness, shamanism, and Aikido inform my thinking.I work with all races, ethnicities, gender identifications investigating topics.... having children, work, life transitions, making art, and spirituality...
