Much of my work includes those who struggle with: PTSD symptoms, perinatal mental health, sexual trauma, betrayal trauma, OCD and/or disordered eating and negative relationships with their body. I use EMDR and IFS in session to help clients gain the insight and skills to help themselves find the empowerment and self-love that comes from healing.
My biggest goal is to create a safe and warm environment for all my clients to feel more comfortable processing difficult emotions and traumas.
