I value depth-based work and use an integrative, individualized approach to therapy. Inherent in this approach is diligently staying attuned to your goals and what you need from our sessions.
I work with individuals (16+ years old) and couples who have problems related to life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I also explore gender and sexuality, LGBTQ+ issues, eating patterns, and sexual/relational trauma. I especially enjoy working with students, creative minds, and anyone who wants to explore the meaning of life.
