I have experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, chronic pain, sexual issues, sexual trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, substance use, and grief and loss. I am EMDR trained. I have completed a Sex Therapy Certificate and I am completing the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists Sex Therapy Certification program
I am not going to judge you no matter what you say in my office. I am also not going to make your decisions for you. I will help you break your problems into manageable pieces and we will work together on developing solutions.
