I believe people have the answers within themselves and my job is to help draw those out. I offer a compassionate, kind, and non-judgmental energy to help people live in a meaningful way. I’m passionate about trauma work and prefer using EMDR to assist in the work that we do together. I adore working with people to help them know and understand their worth.
