I use therapy to find reconciliation of your "Thoughts and Emotions" to resolve conflicting feelings within yourself. My approach focuses on building a mutual relationship with you that reduces depression, anxiety and stress. I tirelessly will work to find the triggers that cause depression, anxiety and stress. I will reduce painful symptoms and emotions that causes negative "thoughts and behaviors." My goal is to get you back on your feet (emotionally) as soon as possible.
I use many techniques to prove successful with many different symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. I develop a model tailored to your individual personality and personal point of view. This form of therapy is ideal for highly sensitive people needing understanding and patience. I also provide therapy for students that need therapy for their degrees.
