Areas of Experience: couples therapy utilizing PACT/attachment based therapy, parenting counseling utilizing attachment focused modalities, including working with parents who've adopted children. I also do individual counseling, with a particular specialty in trauma work, and utilize EMDR, "parts" work, and somatic based approaches.
I am licensed in Oregon and Colorado and work with clients via telehealth and in person in Beaverton, OR. I have been working in the mental health field in various settings for the past 20 years, and am passionate about the work that I do as a therapist.
