I use a type of therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy, or IFS, to help clients feel emotionally free and encourage positive change. I'm also trained in DBT for managing emotions and anxiety, and EMDR for dealing with trauma and emotions. I help you move past what is grinding away at you. With my tools, you start seeing results quickly. The more you practice them, the faster you see results. Let's get started.

I'll teach you to look at things differently. You'll leave with the knowledge and the ability to drop those negative feelings when they come. You'll have many "aha" moments.
