I have experience working with an array of people with dynamic backgrounds, and I have a passion for supporting people who identify with the BIPOC community.
My training as a Marriage and Family Therapist grounds me in a systemic lens, where authenticity, safety, non-judgment, and kindness are key parts of the work I do, along with listening to learn.
I use a variety of skills, such as, Cognitive or Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused approaches and Motivational Interviewing, along with Expressive therapies to support in meeting goals.
