I specialize in working with women (21 years of age and older) experiencing personal challenges related to stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem/self-worth, new motherhood, and other life transitions.
My compassionate, strengths-based and person-centered approach is aimed at helping clients gain insight, build resilience and improve overall self-care. I integrate varied therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, Somatic Techniques, and Christian-based counseling.
