As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, it is my privilege to serve clients who may be struggling in their daily life and may need a supportive listener and guide to help them along their way to self-actualization. I am passionate about my work with the LGBTQ community, specifically specializing in serving those under the trans umbrella. I also specialize in treating substance use as well as mood disorders. I utilize a person-centered approach, pulling techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
