Alberta provides therapy in English and Spanish and works with teens, adults and elders to address trauma, loss and working through difficult life transitions.
In her spare time Alberta enjoys reading, writing, yoga, meditation, watching period movies, cooking healthy meals, setting foot to sand on the beautiful Oregon Coast, and long phone conversations with family in Texas.
