Patients come to group with a range of problems from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work stress and burn out. Group offers a dynamic experience where you learn from others, give & receive real-time feedback, & feel a sense of support & community. You learn to look at problems differently, identify new ways of coping from others, and come to appreciate your own strengths and unique qualities.

Online Suicide Bereavement Support Group
Losing a loved one to suicide is extremely difficult and comes with a whirlwind of complicated emotions. This support group is available to help survivors of suicide loss. The process of sharing your story can be tremendously healing for you and help others going through a similar situation. You can get support from your group members by simply connecting about your experience. There is no wrong or right way to grieve but just to grieve. Use the group as a sounding board when the grief get challenging. Pre-registration is required to ensure we have enough participants.
