I draw on evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution focused therapy where we will explore how thoughts affect feelings and behaviors and how to help you find solutions through what has helped you in the past. These techniques have helped my clients achieve lasting change.
