I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). I received my Masters degree in Social Work in 2020 at Aurora University. I also hold a Professional Educators License which has given me experience in the school social work setting including IEPs, 504 plans, and crisis intervention. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are battling depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem issues, substance use disorders, interpersonal issues, and thought or mood disorders.
I strive to be client-focused, empathetic, and accommodating in the therapeutic process. My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, engaging, and collaborative. I value trust and strive to reach therapeutic rapport with each client I work with using, acceptance, validation and empathy.
