As a Licensed Master Social Worker and former Registered Nurse specializing in mental health, I believe in a person - centered holistic approach to therapy. I believe that the body, mind and spirit are connected and our emotions affect our thoughts, behaviors and health of our bodies. Together we can explore all aspects of the self within a safe space.
I have long standing experience as a Social Worker and as an RN working with individuals who are struggling with grief & loss, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, issues from growing up in an alcoholic/dysfunctional home, trauma, women’s issues, persistent mental illness and or medical concerns.
