Have you struggled with finding the "right fit" in a therapist? I am here to tell you that you are not alone! I have worked with many individuals that have experienced this concern before, whether it is because of past experiences or fear of the unknown in starting therapy. One of the first things I strive for is creating a safe and supportive environment where new clients feel secure in developing a positive and healthy relationship with me so we can work together to reach their therapeutic goals. Wherever my clients are at in their healing journey, I want to help them develop the tools they need to succeed in their lives.

I have over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider and I am currently working towards my certification in EMDR. I blend a variety of modalities in my therapy approach to ensure that my clients unique needs are being met.

I always want my clients to feel comfortable when in therapy. I offer a laid back approach while still challenging my clients to do the work of therapy to create the life that they want for themselves. It is extremely important to me that my clients feel heard and understood and believe that respecting a person's experiences is of the utmost importance.
