My goal is to help clients achieve success while going through struggles and life challenges. I have experience treating children, adolescents, couples and families who are affected by domestic violence, drugs and alcohol abuse. I also work with individuals who have anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my primary form of treatment. However, I provide various modalities. I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment to help clients cope or change behaviors that will benefit them on moving forward.
I am a former foster parent with 10+ years experience and have provided services for foster children in placement. I provide active listening skills effective in providing support, empathy and resources.
I offer individual, couples and family therapy. Together we will come up with a treatment plan to help develop the skills and tools necessary to best handle your challenges.
