I work with people of all ages, including children 6+. With children, I use play and art therapy and specialize in areas of anxiety, autism, ADHD, behavior issues and family changes, With adults, I specialize in treating anxiety, relationship stress, addiction and grief and loss.
I am compassionate, relaxed and genuine with a safe and non-judgmental approach. I incorporate evidence-based modalities along with self-reflection and mindfulness-based techniques. I believe in building an authentic relationship where you are safe, feel heard and can truly be yourself.
