I have vast experience working with the neurodivergent population, and enjoy assisting those with ADHD and Autism as they navigate relationships, life responsibilities, and transitions. I am queer-allied and body-neutral. I work with ages 13 and up.
I can provide practical strategies to help improve frequent areas of challenge such as executive function and time blindness, while also providing a validating and affirming atmosphere. I am a creative and enjoy working with those who are experiencing related challenges such as imposter syndrome, writer's block, or performance anxiety.
