I love connecting with others and hearing their stories without judgment, and I wish to help them find the path to healing that will work specifically for them. Initially, I started out as an assistant in psychometrics but realized that I want to work directly with people. I left the research field to pursue education and experiences that would allow me to serve others directly, and I look forward to working together to start your therapeutic journey. Everyone is unique and possesses their own special needs and preferences, and that is okay. I am here to walk alongside you and explore the various paths to healing and wellness.
I believe you are the expert on your life and I look forward to diving into your story and being a partner on your therapy journey. We all have our issues, you aren't reaching out to therapy because you are feeling great in life. I want you to know that I am not here to judge you or direct you, but guide and support you.
I grew up in a military family and moved around a lot growing up. I enjoyed meeting and getting to know people from all walks of life. I enjoy meeting clients for sessions outside of the confines of an office, for walk and talk sessions. I also love weightlifting and learning crocheting (I currently make a lot of coasters, but hope to make amigurumi dolls).
