Taking the first step can always be the scariest. Challenging yourself outside your comfort zone, thinking about yourself from within, while utilizing nature's abilities to help steer you in the right direction and create healthy strategies on decreasing the anxiety, depression, and/or other concerns that you may be experiencing. We will disconnect from technology and immerse ourselves into the trees, in order to rejuvenate our inner self.
While utilizing the natural world around us throughout our session we will move our bodies and explore while building connections between ourselves and nature. We'll build on goals that you've established and locate ways to relieve any pressure you may be feeling. We will practice mindfulness and deep breathing while using our senses to connect to nature.
It can be very difficult to hold onto all of the pent-up emotions and feelings that you're experiencing. Nature has the ability to accept all of it. Come walk amongst the trees with me and we can venture together to learn how to cope with your emotions and feelings in a healthy, positive way.
