I am an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to helping people understand themselves, their motivations, their fears and their hopes for the future. I have learned in my work that at some point, all people struggle with challenges and setbacks, but also find it difficult to move forward with goals. Why this is, how it came to be, and how to move forward is the focus of our work. I offer compassion, patience and care in helping people work through threr personal barriers to a more satisfying and meaningful life.
I do a general practice, but especially enjoy working with young adults, seniors, and anyone going through a life transition, figuring out a relationship or two, thinking about careers and other life choices. To all of these, I bring my experience, insight and curiosity, and know that working together, you can achieve your goals.
