As the owner and founder of Begin Anew Counseling, it is my goal to create an environment where individuals can begin their journey toward healing and wholeness. I believe my role is to be a partner and support through the therapeutic process. I work to intentionally assist clients in identifying their needs and begin the journey toward meeting those needs more consistently.
As an integrative therapist, we will identify your concerns to create an individualized plan to address these issues. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in training and EMDR trained. I am intentional about maintaining a social justice perspective and carry a special interest in serving the Black community and other marginalized groups.
I understand the fear that can arise as one considers taking this first step in their therapeutic journey. My goal is to create an environment where healing can happen. We will collaborate to create a plan that addresses your needs and empowers you to reclaim your life and feel whole again.
