I take an eclectic approach to therapy, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Jungian Therapy in addition to Art Therapy and EMDR to facilitate growth, self-exploration, and change.
